It is very easy to place an order. Simply choose your products and use one of the following methods.

How to pay

We will accept payment by major credit or debit card and by bank transfer. Please note that we do not accept American Express.

Deliveries

Clockwork offers an excellent delivery service. We have a variety of options depending on size and destination.

Courier

We offer a next day service to mainland UK and timed deliveries are available on request.

  • A charge of £9.75 will be added to UK mainland orders below £125 net
  • A charge of £20 will be added to N Ireland orders below £125 net
  • A charge of £20 will be added to deliveries to Residential addresses
  • A charge of £50/€60 will be added to Republic of Ireland orders below £500/€600 net
  • Recliner delivered price, is based on full pallet quantities. If quantities are less, this will incur a pallet surcharge at cost.
Pallets
Larger items are sent by pallet, we offer a next day service and timed deliveries are available on request.
Collection

Please arrange collections with Customer Services in advance. If you would like to collect your goods from us the address is:

Returns & Refunds

Clockwork do not accept returns unless the goods are damaged or faulty.

If the goods are faulty:
  • Please check the goods at the time of delivery and report any faulty items within 5 days of receipt of the goods.
  • Please sign for the goods as ‘Damaged’, if the goods are not in an acceptable condition.
  • We are unable to accept claims for damaged goods unless we have been notified as above. Replacements can then be arranged accordingly.
  • Please either call 01993 775 767 or email: sales@clockworkcomponents.com.
If you wish to request a Return:
  • If the goods have been ordered in error, please either call 01993 775 767 or email: sales@clockworkcomponents.com and the appropriate action will be taken. This may result in the customer being responsible for returning the goods.
  • The goods must be returned in a resaleable condition before a refund or credit will be given.
